​I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Annamalai University, A Diploma in Counselling from Banjara Academy apart from being a certified in Intensive Counselling and a practicing Life Coach
I have been working in the field of mental health for over 7 years. I provide therapy for adults while addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, life changes.
A variety of treatment modalities are used including strength-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and motivational interviewing, which will be personalized as per your need. I bring in certain Life Coaching tools as an integration to suit the need of clients. I recognize that every individual is different, and when they are struggling to navigate life, they deserve a support system/approach that is uniquely tailored to their strengths.
Each and every person is of value and so is their story that they have to tell.
